工作坊取消政策

1.下單 7 日內通知取消，將扣除已付金額5%手續費後退款。

2.下單7日或超過 7 日通知取消，將退回已付金額的 50%。

3.上課日前 3 日至當日內不接受取消，並不予退回款項。

4.於活動中如因私人原因中止參與活動，將不予退回款項。

工作坊改期政策

1.如需更改或延期上課時間，必須在上課前3日通知，课程当天或前一天更换日期将需要付费RM50。否則將無法延期或更改。 

2.欲更改上課日期需與我們的客服人員聯繫及確認。

3.下單報名後，只能更改或延遲一次。第二次更改必須支付RM50 手續費。

4.可將名額轉讓，但請務必告知我們代理參與者的姓名及聯絡資訊。

其他工作坊政策

1.如因公司政策或內部系統因素導致課程取消，我們將主動聯繫延期或退款。

配送方式与时间
