Can we use our own design?
Custom designs are not accepted. You may choose from our selected ring designs available on our website:
What is the cost for handwriting or finger print engraving?
- Handwriting engraving: RM60 per ring
- Thumbprint engraving: RM100 per ring
- Please allow 1–2 weeks processing time for these add on services.
How do I book a session?

Do I need to make a reservation or can I walk in?
We highly recommend making a reservation as we operate on an appointment basis. Walk-ins are subject to slot availability.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

- Alternatively, you may reschedule or hold your booking for up to one year.
How much does a diamond cost?
- RM150 per diamond
- Full diamond inlay costs range between RM650 to RM1,200 depending on ring design.
Do you charge based on gold weight (grams)?
No. Our pricing is not based on weight in grams, but based on thickness of the ring.
Can I take the rings home on the same day?
Yes, for silver rings with no additional services, you may take them home right after the workshop.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
- First reschedule (3 days prior): Free
- Last-minute or second reschedule: RM50 fee applies
How early should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for your preferred date.
Can I wear the ring during showers or daily activities?
Yes. The ring is safe to wear while showering or washing dishes. Avoid exposure to perfume, alcohol, swimming pools, and saunas to reduce oxidation.
If I pay a deposit now, will I need to top-up after the workshop?
To secure your booking, a deposit of RM100 per participant is required upon reservation.
On the day of your workshop, you may select your preferred workshop type and any additional services or upgrades. The remaining balance will be calculated based on your final selection and is payable on-site.

Can I use my own diamond or gem?
No. We only use our own certified natural diamonds and gems.
How much are the white gold and rose gold packages?
We offer:
Silver (925): RM580/pair
K-Gold (White/Rose Gold)
- 18K (75.0%), 14K (58.5%), 9K (37.5%)
- RM3,500–RM6,000+ per pair depending on design and thickness
- Crafted using silver during workshop, then casted in gold via factory (4–6 weeks processing time)
- Diamond is not included
Can I pay at the workshop instead of online?
To secure your booking, a deposit of RM100 per participant is required upon reservation.
On the day of your workshop, you may select your preferred workshop type and any additional services or upgrades. The remaining balance will be calculated based on your final selection and is payable on-site.
How long is the workshop?
Approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Will the ring tarnish or oxidize?
Silver rings do not tarnish but may oxidize. Avoid harsh chemicals, swimming, or sauna use.
Can we bring children or pets?
We do not recommend bringing toddlers (0–3 years) due to sharp tools in use. Pets are not allowed as we have Muslim staff on site.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. Additional fees apply only for optional add-on services.
Does the ring come with packaging?
Yes, every ring comes with exquisite ring box packaging.
Do you offer installment plans?
Yes, you may choose Grab Pay or Atome during checkout to enjoy installment plans.
Do you offer bangle/bracelet workshops?
Yes, we offer bangle workshops:
- Red Copper / Brass: RM280 (single), RM540 (pair)
- Silver: RM450 (single), RM850 (pair)
